PLS Mobile Banking

Mission

PLS Financial is a money and loan service with over 300 locations in 12 states. PLS, going on their twelfth year in the industry is known for their 24/7 convenience and commitment to their customers. To continue to provide leading service and convenience PLS needed to redefine their presence in the competitive landscape of mobile banking.

Vision

  • Create a mobile banking application that reflects the company's values, relationship with customers, and unique services
  • Allow users to view their card balances, view transactions, find a store location, manage their cards, save offers and view PLS services
  • Create a management tool to easily update and manage all application content

Context Map

My team started off by drawing out a context map to identify the nessarcy features we would need to fill the vission for the applicaion. After several variations we landed on the map below. We broke up the components into four sections, which we believe would create an intuitive user flow by breaking up the users' goals into highlevel themes.
